If I understood your comment correctly, God has created man only because he wanted to be worshipped. Therefore the only purpose to humanity's existence is to worship a being we have never seen and live our whole lives based on obeying and praying towards that entity. Well, sounds like God has a huge ego! So we are his slaves and have no free will as to how to live our lives and what we choose to believe in.So not only we were created to worship God, but if we don't do it exactly the way he wants us to we risk spending eternity in hell. based on what you and other interpretations of Islam say about God, he is really desperate for us to believe in him, to worship him, and to pray towards him not only one but FIVE times a day, at specific times, towards a specific direction, and if possible in a place where many other people are also praying at the same time (mosque). That to me sounds very fishy, that the powerful creator of the universe gives so many conditions and needs human beings to engage in specific tasks so that He feels he is being worshipped. Why is is so important to God that we worship him? Why does he need our prayers five times a day? It seems as if God would stop existing if human beings stopped believing in him. This doesn't sound quite right, it doesn't sound like the almightly being of the universe! Which makes me wonder just like Khaled said, who was really the "angel gabriel"? And who really sent him? Was that being disguising himself as the messenger of God in order to manipulate Mohammed? What is this all really about? The real problem is that muslims do not have the freedom to question their religion, they are brainwashed and programmed to simply blindly accept everything that has been told to them since they were born and if they dare say or do anything, they face the death penality! So much for a merciful God...

Humanity needs to evolve and start questioning everything we have ever been taught. We need to have the courage to criticize and doubt the things that do not make sense to us, this is the only way to grow and to give a real purpose to your existence in this universe. When human beings thought the earth was flat they rejected the possibility that it could be round, simply out of religious arrogance. It took a Saudi Prince to travel to space for Saudi fanatics to accept the world was round since it wasn't mentioned in the Quran... We tstill think we already know everything there iis to know about our existence and that we already have all the answers to everything. However, the truth is, we never stop learning new things about our complex existence, and we should put aside our arrogance and be open to new possibility and new ideas. The only certainty is that there are no certanties...

Khaled is right. And I can add, why would God the almighty power in the universe need puny little Man on a tiny little rock called Earth to worship him?? Why is that so important to God that it is almost insinuated that he cannot exist without prayer and worship of Man? why does God Almighty worry so much about how man behaves, what he eats or what he does with his time? And that Man must do as God says at all time or else burn for eternity?
Why does the all powerful God need Man to do things on his behalf, such as punish other humans or enact the so called laws? If he so powerful why doesn't he do it himself instead of trusting the bad judgement of humans?
if God created man in his image, then is God a limited being, with limited powers and limited intelligence? And if we are made in his image, is God greedy, evil, cruel and sadistic? Because humans are all those things. Let's give God (the conceptual power of creation) the benefit of the doubt here... perhaps something else created us humans in genetic terms... After all, in the holy books, the creation of man is done by a persona referred to as "We", just like Khaled pointed out. This is found in the Quran and the Judeo-Cristian tradition. Who is "We"?

Salafy:
Unfortunately things are not as clear as you would like them to be. You used an example on prostration and there are several other studies that will show you the opposite. There is a very wise quote that says "Believing and not believing are the two faces of ignorance". You should ask more questions and do some proper research rather than just believe what you are being told by people who understand the Quran even less than you do but claim to be scholars. The very essence of your religious beliefs are based on an apparition that came to a man in a cave, a very common occurrence among Shamans all over the world. There are a lot of "intelligences" in the Universe that can call themselves "Angel Gabriel" (an archetype) and reveal things that are unkown to the people of the time or even the future. That doesn't mean it comes from the Absolute power of creation and it doesn't prove the divine origin either. Thousands of Shamans around the world have had very similar experiences but didn't amass armies to force their teachings onto others. You should also ask yourself the deeper meaning of why in some souras, Allah speaks as "I" and in others as "We". Perhaps that is not the same source? Or ask yourself the fundamental questions of why would the almighty power of the universe ignore some basic issues such as: how can you perform Ramadan in the polar circles, where the sun never sets 6 months of the year? Or why would it be required for all muslims to focus their praying energy on a meteorite stone carefully placed on the altar of a very ancient Venusian temple? There are very "unholy" reasons behind that. The sad part is that if you scratch the surface you end up with the same sad conclusions: Islam just like all other monotheistic religions is more about politics and control rather than spirituality. Our search is not over and let's hope that the "end of days" predicted by all the holy books will in fact reveal how wrong humans have been in the past 7000 years.

please take one hour and read this :

O atheist you are feeling depression and you are annoyed, you deny existence of

God.what is your purpose in this life.you will find the answer in the right

religion that is "Islam",God created us to worship him, he said in the holy

Quran "And I have not created the Jinn and the Human beings except to

worship Me"[Surah Dhzariyat V.56],God did not made life hard and

difficult, the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him encourage and urge

people to marry,in Islam there is no monasticism, before Islam Arabs used to marry so many women, and when Islam come, you can just marry four women not more than that, and to marry more than one, you have to be able to give each your wife its right, as God said in THE Holy Quran: "If you fear that you cannot act justly towards the orphans, then marry such women as seem good to you; two, three, four of them. But if you fear that you cannot do justice, then one only, or, those you possess. It is likelier then that you will not be partial". so what is better is to marry another woman with your first wife or to Betray it and not spend on? Islam oblige man to spending his wife,so Inheritance of man is more than Inheritance of woman.
Islam has answered all the questions of people:why they was created, and what is in grave, and what after death, and are there other creatures than human, now let us look at scientific miracles:
the lates Egiptian studies wich conducted in the Center of Technology of National Radiation, Revealed that prostration to Allah make human free from suffering physical and psychological tension and other neurological diseases...and they discovered that prostration reduce tension, fatigue, and anger,in addition prostration plays an important rule in reducing risk of cancerous tumors.
The researchers pointed out that human subject to excessive doses of radiation, and live most of his life in electromagnetic fields and that what negatively affects his cells, but prostration to Allah helps body to unload the excess shipments which caused diseases such us convulsion of muscle, fatigue and oblivion. and they pointing out that the increase in the amount of electromagnetic Consignments without deflating exacerbating the matter and make it very complicated, and these electromagnetic Consignments couse confusion in the language of cells and destroy and disrupt its interaction with the external environment,so cancerous tumors will growing and maybe the embryoes will get many deformities, and the scientists proved that prostration on the ground help in unloading excess Consignments out of the body and get rid of it without any analgesics or medicaments which may couse harmful side effects.
the Egiptians experts proved that the process of unloading these electromagnetic Consignments start when we connecting our front of head with the ground, where the positive Consignments move from body of human to the ground which has nigative Consignments, therefore the bod

The Age of Aquarius: Dawn or Sunset?

“Humanity today faces two possibilities: collective suicide or the biggest spiritual awakening that the world has ever known.” This was the way OSHO - one of the greatest masters of the modern world – spoke, following the thoughts of those philosophers and scientists of the past, which just like him, observed the dawn of the third millennium.

Today we realise the daily slow agony that humanity inflicts on itself and how what could have been the “great awakening” is actually becoming a new anesthetic, this time with the brand of the “new age”.

Even most of the people who, animated by their own expectations of the Age of Aquarius, have created new spiritual currents or social experimentations got stuck in the sterile dialectic of the politics or of the usual market economy.

What is left other than the religious and secular fanaticism? Other than the indifferent consumers, which are used and addicted? What remains besides the illusion, after that another potentially authentic spiritual feeling has been betrayed, led astray, and exploited?

Nevertheless, there are still people who do not want to stop believing, having faith and insisting.

With Will and Love.
OMM
